Rockwell Beer Co. is opening a new production brewery and tasting room in Summer 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri. We are building a team of marketing and sales professionals, with at least 2 years of prior experience, who are excited to be a part of the St. Louis brewing community. Our preferred team members for these full-time positions are passionate about high quality beer, have extensive knowledge of the St. Louis market and possess excellent sales communication skills. If you believe that you are detail-oriented and are ready to assist in the sales, event planning and distribution of our beer, we want you to join the Rockwell Beer Company Sales/Marketing Team.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales and marketing
  • Beer related experience/credentials/training/seminar certificates are a plus
  • Working knowledge of brewery related marketing regulations and best practices
  • Leadership experience & production team building are a plus


  • Assume increased responsibility as delegated by our Sales/Marketing Manager or GM in all portions of sales, event planning and distribution of our products
  • Responsibility for brand image management, social media presence, merchandise, advertising and public relations
  • Supervise and train sales team members and manage sales resources to meet objectives
  • Leadership skills for developing and training a growing team
  • Ability to work independently as well as coordinating with Hospitality and Production Teams
  • Ability to drive business to the Rockwell Beer Co. Tasting Room and Retail Store
  • Extensive knowledge of both on premise & off premise retail locations in the St. Louis market
  • Oversee projects and manage events with lots of moving parts
  • Be a brand ambassador that is well versed in best practice and overall industry trends
  • Represent our brewery at both local and national events
  • Build brand loyalty with retail partners, distribution network, media and consumers
  • Experience at developing relationships, partnerships, events at the local and national level
  • Ensure the placement of orders from retailers and oversee product delivery in a timely manner
  • Plan budgets, track inventory, retailer allocation and detailed records of packaged product
  • Demonstrate quality control analysis and problem-solving skills for any production related issues
  • Working knowledge of the beer industry, beer styles and common ingredients
  • Create and/or assist in the design of product labels and/or marketing materials
  • Ability to thrive in our hard-working, dynamic Rockwell Beer Co. family environment
